Employee Spotlight

Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am the unit manager and a nurse here at FNRC. When not at work you can find me with my 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son, also my husband of 9 years out enjoying time outside on the farm, fishing or hunting, reading a good book, crocheting blankets and making shirts. While at work you will also see my dog, Daisy Mae. She has been with me at FNRC since she was about 12 weeks old. She now knows her way around the facility and knows where to locate her favorite residents and staff that give her all the good treats. She has grown to love all the residents and has won over all their hearts with her precious kisses while roaming around the facility. I have been in healthcare for 12 years and have loved every minute of it. I am so glad that I came across my work family and residents here at FNRC. All the staff and residents make the day enjoyable and make it worth coming to work every day. Just seeing them smiles that light up the residents’ faces lets me know that I am where I am meant to be.
