Employee Spotlight

My name is Kathryn Costanzo, but I go by Kat. I’m from Australia and I’ve been in the US for 17 years and I absolutely love it. I have been in healthcare for approximately 20 years. My true passion is food, but elderly people touch my heart. I came to FNRC just to cook and ended up as their dietary manager. My other passions are my fur-babies, my chickens and my garden. This facility has touched me in a way that no other facility has. The staff are always helpful with a few sore heads but nevertheless, I love being a part of the FNRC family. I sure hope I make a difference for our residents and staff
