Employee Spotlight: Kristi Perez

Hello, My Name is Kristi Perez, I am the Activity Director here at Fordsville Nursing and Rehabilitation. I have been here since October of last year. I am also a CNA and have been certified since 2013. I have 2 children, Kiana and Mitchell. I also have 2 Furr babies, Riley and Bullitt. They are brother and sister out of the same litter and are 4 years old. I worked as a CNA for several years until I decided that I would like to be an Activity Director in 2017. Since then, I have enjoyed planning, creating, and doing things with our residents that make them smile and still have some fun in their lives. They have become part of my life and I really love being able to form a close bond with them. I love being here at FNRC because we are one big happy family. We all work and live together, and it is noticed by all who visit here. I can’t see myself going anywhere else and I plan to stay here till I can’t work any longer.
