Letter from the Administrator

We have had a great summer here at Fordsville! Full of events and meals…it sure has been great coming together as a team! I’m very proud of our team here as we continue to grow and grow! Since the beginning of the year, we have come a long way. Thank you for all you do! We are all human and have bad days. But isn’t the greatest thing about life is that you can start over every morning!? Attitudes are contagious! I challenge you make yours worth catching! The comeback is always greater than the set back! And we are going great places! I’m very proud of everyone for all their hard work and I can not thank you enough for your support along the way. Just a reminder, we are always looking for ideas to retain our employees so please join us for our employee retention meeting every month. Please see Caitlin or myself for more details if you would like to get involved! Have a wonderful rest of the summer. Good luck to those mom and dads sending their kiddos back to school whether it be for the first time or last year. Juggling family and work life can be hard for any of us no matter what your role is. May you be proud of the work you do because you DO make a difference. Not only for our residents but for our community and families as well. Always keep the big picture in mind and you can never go wrong!
