Fordsville Nursing and Rehabilitation is pleased to announce the return of Crystal Crumes as the Admission and Marketing Director. A familiar and trusted face within the facility and the community, Crystal brings with her 17 years of experience in the healthcare field—nearly a decade of which has been spent serving the residents and families at Fordsville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Crystal, a proud native of Ohio County, will focus on guiding families through the admissions process, strengthening community relationships, and furthering the facility’s mission of delivering compassionate, quality care to every resident.
