Employee Spotlight: April

We are proud to shine this month’s Employee Spotlight on April Sheppard! April’s journey at FNRC is a true testament to her dedication and drive. She began her career in housekeeping and soon embraced the opportunity to further her skills by completing the CNA class right here at FNRC. Always eager to grow, April went on to take the KMA 1 class at OCTC and recently became one of the first to complete our new KMA 2 class. A loving mother of four and proud grandmother of ten—with one more on the way, April still finds the time to bring kindness, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. Her favorite color is purple, and she has a special love for butterflies, a symbol that reflects her own beautiful transformation and growth. April is a true asset to our team, and we are so thankful to have her as part of the FNRC family.
