Employee Spotlight: Michele M

Michele M. is the Ward Clerk for the Nursing Department at FNRC and has been part of the team on and off for 19 years, working in roles such as CNA, KMA, and in various management positions. She’s currently back in school, working on her basics and planning to start the RN Program in Hopkinsville this fall. Michele is a proud mom of four and has two dogs who, along with her kids, are often seen around the facility. When she’s not at work or studying, you’ll likely find her at the racetrack helping her husband keep the kids’ go-karts running. Just like at home, Michele goes above and beyond at FNRC, always showing up with dedication and heart for both her residents and coworkers.
