Welcome to Fordsville Nursing and Rehab!

Residents, Families and Coworkers,

We have had a lot to celebrate the past couple months. Nurses Week, National Nursing Home Week, CNA week….and more! We hope our staff has enjoyed celebrating and dressing up. We appreciate all that you do and all the sacrifices you make for our residents. We could not do what we do without you and your hard work means a lot. We hope you feel appreciated everyday!

With that being said, I want to invite all of the staff to participate in our monthly employee retention committee. We are looking for constructive ideas how we can grow and retain our employees and new hires. If you would like to be apart of this, please see Caitlin Ammons.

As always, please let me know if I can help in any way. My door is always open! The best way to bring up a problem is followed by a solution! I encourage the staff to be open regarding facility issues however if you’d like to be kept anonymous, slide a note underneath my door or speak to your caring partner.
