Velva P. made Fordsville Nursing and Rehab her permanent home when she admitted from a Personal Care Home on May 26th 2017. She has participated with therapy and worked very hard to become stronger. Velva enjoys spending time outside in nice weather and talking with her peers.

“I like it here at Fordsville. I like the staff because they are nice to me. It feels like home here.” The staff and residents are so glad to have Velva as part of the Fordsville family.
